What are your payment options?
We accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal (no need for a PayPal account!). You may also pay via GCash or Bank Deposit/Transfer through BPI, BDO, or Unionbank. Please note that orders via GCash/Bank Deposit will be reserved for 2 days only and will automatically be cancelled if not paid within the given period.
Do you customize?
Minor size or colour customizations may be accommodated for an additional fee. You may send us an email or message and we can talk about it!
We do not accept alterations. Kindly refer to our Return & Exchange Policy if you ordered the wrong size.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
3-5 working days after ship out for Metro Manila deliveries and 3-10 working days for provincial.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
If you really need your order ASAP, kindly email or message us and we can try to arrange something for you.
Can I return an item I bought during a sale event?
An item bought during a sale event cannot be returned or exchanged. You may message us if you have any questions about sizing. We will try to respond as quickly as possible.
